Semper Trust Company, a Pennsylvania Chartered, non-deposit trust company, serves the investment needs of individuals, families, businesses and institutions that seek professional portfolio management and may also require personal trust services. Semper Trust Company is owned by Stratton Management Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. Regardless of asset size, all accounts are separately managed and tailored to each client’s needs. Our priority is to work with the client to determine their financial objectives, and then create a portfolio that integrates those objectives with Semper’s investment strategy
For those clients in need of trust services for pre-existing trusts, conservative, long-term stewardship of the trust’s assets and adherence to existing mandates are our main concerns. In other cases, clients may be seeking assistance in the creation of new trusts in order to establish long-term savings or meet estate planning goals.
